Richard Eaton, Authenticity in Art

Is this the real thing? will experiment with the symposium format to spark critical thinking around the topic of ‘authenticity’.Ìý

Contributors will include Turner Prize winning artist , Ìý, Tate curators, conservators, art fabricators and journalists; plus musicians/producers (Unkle) and (Actress).

Through debate, presentation and practical activities participants will explore the usefulness of authenticity in appreciating the art and artists of Tate and beyond.
