Artist Talk: Mテ。ret テ]ne Sara

Mテ。ret テ]ne Sara explores the importance of preserving Saフ[i values to protect the environment for future generations

Mテ。ret テ]ne Sara will create the next Hyundai Commission for ノォソリエォテス窶冱 Turbine Hall. Sara often uses materials and methodologies derived from reindeer herding. She creates powerful sculptures and installations which uphold the reciprocal relationship between animals, lands, waters, and humans.

This talk is an opportunity to hear about Mテ。ret テ]ne Sara窶冱 unique art and activist practice and marks the opening of her new site-specifc work at ノォソリエォテス.

You are welcome to explore the work with a private view from 18.30, the talk will begin at 19.00.

ノォソリエォテス's entrance is via the Turbine Hall on Holland Street. There are automatic sliding doors and a ramp down to the entrance.

There are lifts to every floor of the Blavatnik and Natalie Bell buildings. Alternatively you can take the stairs.

  • Fully accessible toilets are located on every floor on the concourses.
  • A quiet room is available to use in the Natalie Bell Building on Level 4.
  • Ear defenders can be borrowed from the Ticket desks.
