17 November 2016 at 15.00–17.00

Sarathy Korwar lifts the lid on his working practice of mixing traditional Indian folk music and instruments with digital sequencers

Drop into this session and see a live demo from percussionist and composer mix field recordings, traditional Indian rhythmic material and non-Indian percussion instruments using digital sequencers.

Born in the US, raised in India and now based in London, Sarathy has been trained as a classical tabla player and is equally at ease on the tabla and drum-kit.
