Create your own tiny ecosystem in a beautiful terrarium

Join us for an evening workshop at The Corner with and learn how to make your very own self-sufficient terrarium. This is a hands-on workshop where you’ll be guided through the stages of building this miniature garden, layer by layer, and how to care for it afterwards.

With a bit of care, these closed worlds create a self-sustaining mini ecosystem and add instant colour to your home.

We provide a paper bag and bubble wrap to carry your creations home with you - but you can bring your own bag and towel if you prefer.

The planters change from time to time depending on stock availability. The planters may vary slightly in size and style to the ones on the image – all of which are easy to carry home.

All É«¿Ø´«Ã½ entrances are step-free. You can enter via the Turbine Hall and into the Natalie Bell Building on Holland Street, or into the Blavatnik Building on Sumner Street.

There are lifts to every floor of the Blavatnik and Natalie Bell buildings. Alternatively you can take the stairs.

  • Fully accessible toilets are located on every floor on the concourses.
  • A quiet room is available to use in the Natalie Bell Building on Level 4.
  • Ear defenders can be borrowed from the Ticket desks.
