Tate Talk at Falmouth School of Art: Aaron Angell

To mark the upcoming opening of International Exchanges: Modern Art and St Ives 1915-1965, artist will talk about his practice and will touch on the influences of modernism, particularly the early work of William Turnbull. He will focus on ceramics as a 'volatile process', and will look at modernist developments in ceramics through this lens. Angell has exhibited widely, including , Southend; , and at , Warsaw. He has recently opened in London, which is a radical ceramic workshop for artists, created in response to the limited access to ceramic facilities and equipment.
